We will be making a paper copy for every student. The process will be the same, with one exception. We will have K-2 in the front car lane and 3-5 in the back bus loop. We ask that everyone stay in their cars and you will just pull up, give the name and grade level for the child/children you are picking up packets for, we’ll grab those for you, and you’ll be on your way. If you are unable to pick up your packet during those designated times, we ask that you see if a family member or a neighbor or friend could pick them up for you. Don’t forget to bring in all library books or other classroom materials you have at home. Please click below to access student instructional packets for May. Why We Stay Home: Susie Learns About CoronaVirus by Samantha Harris & Devon Scott From the Nurse Due to the continued closure of our school buildings in response to the current pandemic, we are making preparations for closing the health room. If your student has medication in the health room that will need to be picked up, I will be available to return your student’s medications to you from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. as follows: Student Last Name Pick up Date s: A-D Tuesday, May 5 E-K Wednesday, May 6 L-R Thursday, May 7 S-Z Friday, May 8 We do not store medications at school over the summer. If your student’s medicine is not picked up by Friday, May 15, 2020 , the school nurse will have to destroy it. Medication will only be distributed from May 5-8th from 8 until 4. If you cannot come on the day assigned by your last name, please email me as soon as possible. I cannot distribute medication on packet pick up day. (May 4th). The building is closed to the public; when you arrive at school please call the number posted on the front door, and I will bring the medication to you. You will need to sign for the medication when you pick it up. If you need medication forms for the upcoming year, I will have those available for you. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
